La verdad es que me alegra dedicar un rato del día a vosotros.
Como cada año, empezamos haciéndonos unos propósitos, pero pasa un poco de tiempo y se nos olvidan hasta que llega otra vez el final de año y ya no hay tiempo de intentarlo. Por eso, os traigo un sencillo y artístico DIY que podéis hacer en vuestras agendas (si puede ser, en las primeras páginas), para que tengáis presente todos los días estos propósitos y vayáis haciendo pequeñas metas para poder conseguirlos.

The truth is that I'm glad to dedicate a moment of the day to you.
Like each year, we start saying different purposes, but in a little time we forget them until the end of the year and it is not time to try them. So, here I give you a simple and artistic DIY that you can make in your agendas (if it is possible, in the initial pages), and then you can see every day these purposes and you can make little steps until you get them.

Simplemente tienes que elegir fotografias o imágenes de Internet, de revistas, de periódicos... que te recuerden el propósito que has escogido. No hace falta que los escribas, porque la elección de la imagen la has hecho tú y debes saber que significa. De todas formas, puedes escribirlo para saber seguro que te acordarás.
Y por último, utiliza el espacio necesario para crear un pequeño collage con ellos.

You just need to choose pictures of Internet, magazines, newspapers... that they remind you the purpose that you chose. You don't need to write them, because you know the meaning of the pictures because you chose them. Anyway, you can write them to ensure that you will remember them.
The last part: use the space you need, and create a little collage with them.
